Every move is unique, so pricing is determined accordingly. We strive to determine the right price for everyone with our clients, but it greatly depends on the distance, the nature of the items being moved, and whether the client requests assistance from the driver in loading. How can I pay?
Our company's services can be utilized on a prepaid basis, which is arranged following the coordination of transportation but before the departure of the vehicle. The method of payment in every case is by bank transfer.
What happens if the vehicle is late or does not show up?
There should be no delay in the agreed arrival time during the coordination of transports, as we strive to schedule appointments with our clients that can be adhered to despite any traffic situation (traffic jam, road closure), or technical issue. In the event of an extreme problem, there is also the option to redirect another vehicle, ensuring that the agreed-upon work is completed regardless. If we cannot find any intermediate solution, then of course, the agreed freight fee will be fully refunded, along with the so-called 10% compensation fee.
Can I cancel the agreed-upon transportation?
You can cancel before the departure of the vehicle, however, in this case, a handling fee will be deducted from the individually determined freight fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Do I need to provide packing materials myself?
Yes. This is because our vehicles operate on multi-week schedules across Europe. We cannot equip them with enough packing materials to suffice for every shipment.
How long does transportation take?
Our company's operational policy is characterized by flexibility, so we can say that currently we work with very short deadlines, which will be influenced by the tachograph coming into force from 2026. However, the uniqueness of our company is also evident in this question, as despite the flexibility, there are many influencing factors that need to be coordinated. Example: For transport within 1000 km, we arrive at the new address the next day.
Can I request assistance with packing from the driver?
Of course, there is the possibility for the driver to pack pre-packed valuables or other belongings for an additional fee.
What types of valuables can be transported?
We undertake the transportation of any valuables, boxed or unboxed, that fit the dimensions of the van and do not belong to the category of hazardous goods.
What type of vehicle is used for transportation?
Our fleet consists of young, well-maintained vehicles, primarily EURO-6 classified Renault Master vans with clean cargo areas. Our vehicles' equipment is excellently suited for the safe transport of smaller and larger valuables.
