What We Look For in Our Drivers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Logistics Experience:
Previous experience in the logistics field is a plus. - Educational Background:
High school diploma or vocational training certificate preferred. - Language Skills:
Basic knowledge of English or German is advantageous.
Essential Requirements:
- International Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of driving experience with international exposure. - Paperwork Proficiency:
Ability to handle paperwork such as CMR and logbooks. - Technology Ready:
Own a phone with internet connection or a GPS device. - Commitment:
Willingness to undertake multi-week shifts (3 weeks work, 4-5 days home rest). - Personal Attributes:
Responsible, independent, and proactive with an ownership mindset. - Professional Appearance:
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Disqualifying Factors
- Psychoactive Medical Treatments:
Not suitable for individuals under such treatments. - Attention Deficit Issues:
Applicants should not have attention deficit problems. - Stress and Pressure:
Must be able to handle stress and high-pressure situations. - Criminal Record:
No previous convictions abroad. - Zero Tolerance:
Strict adherence to our policy against alcohol and drugs.
